Information on COVID-19
Our team is working hard to get your deliveries to you as soon as possible. Depending on your location and the intensity of the virus at the time, there may be delays with couriers after they are deployed. It's possible that some areas will be seriously impacted. We recommend that you give your order more time than usual to arrive.
Shipping in Norway
We are happy to offer free shipping in mainland * Norway on orders above 1000 NOK , otherwise the fixed shipping cost is 89 NOK.
Orders are handled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
* Delivery information does not apply to Svalbard or other remote places; please contact us before placing an order for these destinations, and we will find the best solution for you.
AINASANA aims to ship within Norway in a timely and environment-friendly and sustainable manner. The package will be delivered within 2-5 business days, and you will be notified once it arrives at the post office or Post in store. If the package is small enough, it will be delivered to your mailbox.
Please double-check your address, as AINASANA is not responsible for any additional shipping expenses incurred as a result of the order being resent. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes; instead, you must provide a physical street address.
As an eco - conscious online business, we make every effort to ship your items in the most ecologically responsible manner. It is important that we reuse what we can instead than purchasing new resources. All of our packing and shipping materials are 100% recyclable, recycled or biodegradable.
We'll use the following materials to pack your order:
- Compostable Mailers - Can be composted at home
- Recycled or FSC-certified boxes - Packed with eco-friendly filling
- Tape – For sealing our boxes, we use 100% recyclable paper tape with a natural adhesive.
We hope you enjoy our products, but if you are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to assist you. You have the right to return if you tell us within 14 days after delivery, we will give you a complete refund (excluding shipping expenses).
To return an item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will contact you with additional information.
All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
- The original packaging must not be damaged in any way. Please ensure that all things are well packaged to avoid damage during shipment.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Tracked delivery is highly recommended. Please save the receipt until you've the money refunded.
What happens if my product is defective?
If you discover a problem with your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include your name, order number, and the name of the defective item, as well as any images or videos of the problem, so that we can best assist you.
